Returns and consumer withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period starts when the consumer, or a nominated third party, receives the goods. The consumer must return goods within 14 days and bears the direct return cost unless agreed otherwise. The Seller reimburses payments, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days of the withdrawal statement; it may wait until receiving the goods or evidence of return. Statutory exceptions apply, including personalised goods.

Complaints and statutory rights

If goods do not conform to the contract, a consumer may submit a complaint to the Seller and request repair or replacement and, where statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or termination. Manufacturer warranty

Any manufacturer warranty is additional to statutory consumer rights and does not limit them. Warranty conditions and any service procedure are supplied by the relevant manufacturer where applicable.
