Seller and scope

GitLighting.com is operated by Logisoft Szymon Sawicki, ul. Piotrkowska 103/105/9, 90-425 Łódź, Poland, VAT ID PL8341722804, REGON 100221784 (the “Seller”). These Terms apply to sales made through GitLighting.com to customers in the European Union. They apply to business customers and, where applicable, consumers. Mandatory consumer-law protections prevail over any inconsistent provision of these Terms.

Products, orders and contract

Product descriptions, technical data, images and availability are provided for information. Prices, applicable VAT, delivery charges and any payment fee are shown before an order is submitted. The automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order; the sales contract is formed when the Seller sends an order confirmation or otherwise expressly accepts the order. Delivery is made to the address confirmed in the order. Oversized, palletised or non-standard shipments may require individual transport confirmation before dispatch.

Business customers and VAT

Business customers must provide accurate company and VAT details. A zero VAT rate for an intra-Community supply applies only where the Seller verifies a valid EU VAT number and all statutory conditions, including evidence of transport, are met. Otherwise the applicable VAT is charged. Credit terms require the Seller's prior written approval.

Consumers: withdrawal, complaints and warranties

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period starts when the consumer, or a nominated third party, receives the goods. Send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to the Seller using the contact details below. The Seller reimburses payments, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days of the statement; it may wait until receiving the goods or evidence of return. The consumer must return goods within 14 days and bears the direct return cost unless agreed otherwise. Statutory exceptions apply, including personalised goods.

Consumers may complain where goods do not conform to the contract and request repair or replacement and, where statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or termination. A manufacturer warranty is additional to statutory rights and does not limit them.
